Scope of These Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking the "Agree" button below or by accessing the website, opening an account with the Company, or placing a bet, a Customer accepts these terms and conditions. Continued use of the Website confirms the Customer's agreement to these terms and the Company's rules, regulations, and privacy policy, which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any discrepancy between these terms and referenced documents, these terms shall prevail.
2. Amendments to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, rules, and privacy policy at any time without prior notice. However, the Company will strive to inform Customers of significant changes through prominent notifications on the Website.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers should regularly review the terms and conditions to ensure their continued agreement. It is advised that Customers check these terms each time they use the Website (accessible via the Terms and Conditions and Rules links in the user menu). Continued use of the Website signifies unconditional acceptance of these terms and any amendments. Bets placed before amendments will be governed by the terms existing at the time of placement.
4. Language and Precedence
These terms and conditions, rules, and privacy policy are written in English. In case of translation into other languages, the English version will take precedence.
Account and Personal Information
1. Deposits and Payments
Customers can deposit money with the Company only through pre-approved payment methods listed on the Website. Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same authorized Payment Solution Companies ("Authorized Payment Solutions") unless directly dealing with the Company. Authorized Payment Solutions cannot claim to receive funds on behalf of the Company without written authorization and cannot promote the Company without prior written consent.
2. Account Registration
Customers must register on the Website and open an account to access the Company's betting services, thus becoming a Registered Customer.
3. Providing Personal Information
Customers agree to provide accurate Personal Information during registration and must keep it updated on the Website, especially address, phone number, and payment/bank details. Providing false information will result in a breach of these terms and immediate account closure, forfeiting any funds. Customers must provide documentation upon request to verify their Personal Information. The Company may use lawful means to verify information provided during registration. Once accepted, the Customer becomes a Registered Customer, with the Company reserving the right to accept or reject any application.
4. Single Account Policy
Customers are allowed only one account. Additional accounts may be closed, with balances returned to the Customer or merged into one account at the Company's discretion. The Company may use any reasonable method to determine if multiple accounts belong to the same Customer.
5. Account Access Information
Registered Customers receive a username and password ("Account Access Information") for personal use only. It is the Customer's responsibility to keep this information confidential. If the Account Access Information is compromised, Customers must immediately notify the Company, which may issue new credentials. Any online transactions using the correct Account Access Information will be deemed valid.
6. Reporting Unauthorized Use
Customers must inform the Company promptly if they suspect their account information is being misused. The Company is not liable for delays in suspending the account. Only after notification and account suspension will any online transactions be deemed void.
7. Security Measures
The Company may require Customers to change their password or Account Access Information periodically or suspend accounts if there is a potential security breach. Changes to Account Access Information may be made at the Company's discretion, with prior notice to the Customer.
8. Security Checks
To ensure high security and protect Customer funds, the Company may conduct random security checks and may request additional information or documentation from Customers to verify account ownership. Customers accept this right of the Company to perform these checks.
